I think it's the color gradients on the tardis, where the guitar part doesn't have any. Perhaps look into cell-shading the tardis to make the style more similar

A gamer need not worry about these things: Grades, Sleep, Women, Sunlight, Money, Exercise, or Hygiene. But it's left up to your interpretation whether this means that a gamer plays games at the expense of of these things or can still obtain these things while dominating the leaderboards.
