It's already outsold 5 rari-tees, so no top spot. There may be a new title for it, however - "Longest running worst seller" (at two weeks), but that's only because the reckoning stats now include the bystanders whereas they were excluded in the past.

The raritees list was invented out of whole cloth ; it can be revised at will. If we want to give Rhyming Orange the "top spot," we can do that. Not sure we want to - and not sure that Tjost wants us to!

Thanks for this information - it makes a big difference to the Reckoning numbers and explains quite a bit of the "inaccuracy" over the past month. I originally assumed that the sales figures did not include the non-t-shirt sales because of woot's comment that artists would be compensated for non-t-shirt sales separately from the standard first day commission. Silly me, I assumed that there would be separate tracking of the non-t-shirt items to allow tracking of those sales! However, I began to suspect that the sales totals included the non-t-shirt offerings because the DSR for Ugly Holiday Sweater was so out-of-line compared to its position in the Reckoning (with All Tangled Up slightly out of position)*. It's nice to have confirmation that the sales figure includes all items.

*For the most part, non-t-shirt sales being included in the sales figures wouldn't affect the Reckoning standings because the non-t-shirt items are generally offered only on the first day and first day sales don't count towards the Reckoning standings. However, both Ugly Holiday Sweater and All Tangled Up sold as long-sleeve shirts and hoodies/totes (respectively) in Woot Plus sales that extended well past the shirt's debut day.

The sales tracker included the hoodie/apron/etc sales during the first day itself. I had hoodies and it itemized it by size. All that information disappeared from the tracker after the first day, but remained in the total. Nevertheless, I'm not sure why that would affect Reckoning stats.

I spent a lot of time trying to figure out what was wrong with the spreadsheet that Ugly Holiday Sweater had a woot-based DSR of 70 and wasn't in first place. I think the long-sleeve shirts were counted in the posted sales figure that I used to calculate woot-based DSRs, but not in the internal sales figure that woot used to calculate the woot-based DSRs that underlie the Reckoning standings.

Here, numbers might be clearer than me. From Reckoning 278, the week after Ugly Holiday Sweater (UHS) and All Tangled Up (ATU) debuted/their first week on the Reckoning.

ATU's woot-based DSR "should" have put it second or third, leaving some margin of error, but it debuted in 6th. More strikingly, UHS's woot-based DSR "should" have put it in 1st, but it debuted in 23rd.

If you glance through the rest of the DSRs for that week, the difference between ATU's woot-based DSR and its position on the Reckoning isn't that big, but there continues to be a larger discrepancy between UHS's woot-based DSR and its position on the Reckoning: it consistently has the highest woot-based DSR, but it rose "only" as high as third. By Monday noon, when it reached third place, the woot-based DSR that I calculated from UHS was nearly 20 sales/day higher than Procrastination University, which was solidly in first place in the Reckoning standings.

I did a lousy job of consistently posting stats that week, but here are the stats for the top three shirts as of Closing on December 10th:
