Yes - it's here. It was subbed in the England derby. The only difference is that the shirt color and title color are flipped. In the past Woot has only allowed resubmissions from previous derbies with significant changes to them.

The rules say "No real bands. We don't want to get a horse's head from somebody's agent." It doesn't say that it has to be a "POPULAR" band.
