I don't know how much solace I'd take in my non-rejection for that design. I sent in a question about it, and the use of photographs in general, and the response I got back was "no use of photographs, at all" (aside from scans/photos of your own drawings for conversion to AI/Photoshop.

The Poe design I had submitted late in the derby, and I don't think the rejectionator made any rounds after the issue was raised, so I wouldn't take its non-rejection as tacit approval.

EDIT: I recall one or two designs being rejected last year because clouds in the background were from Photoshop brushes that used photos in them, so they've been somewhat draconian in the past when it comes to photos.

It's supposed to be silver. It looks grey on my screen. I used a blank shirt mock up I had saved from the forums here awhile back.

Careful with using the older mockups. Woot has changed their color offerings over the years and heather gray isn't offered anymore. I'd suggest taking the mockup file you have, and edit it using the colors found in the shirt color template woot provides.

Because its disney, and disney could own this site in a matter of hours if they run this, just by using the same color of the original characters is too much

Disney tends to go after anything that is remotely similar to their products.That means that while some protected things can tread close to the line, somethings can not.

Look at it this way: it's wrong to steal. But stealing $1 candy bar from the grocery store is less likely to get you into as much trouble as stealing $100 from a bank, right? According to the law, both are illegal, but one is going to cost you a LOT more.

I voted for this because it made me smile and I love your text style. However, I would be concerned about the placement on a women's tee with the rock and the roll, um, strategically awkward, you know? So, I probably would never wear it

Thanks very much, it is exactly as you say! Also, tried to have them holding the fish in a similar way to how they're holding their instruments on the cover, might add the hats for version 2 ;)

I truly appreciate the compliments and your vote. As far as the placement on a female, I just figured the rock and the roll would be in 3D, Kiddin. As a guy, I guess I really didn't think it through...
