I think it's mostly the very similar to disney looking donald duck parody and pluto parody. And Mickey Mouse is known for his ears which are there.

I think it's the ears on your not-Mickey that kill it, if we were talking about any other IP owner. Pretty much everything about Mickey Mouse is protected. Look through this: Mickey Mouse Clubbed and Air Pirates. That was clear parody, and still attacked and eventually pulled.

Since Oswald has been brought back in the video games, I can't see him being any less protected than Mickey.

The ears? Not even the ears match Mickey. Mickey has two full circles... I ended up using my own way of drawing mouse ears. I always drew them round.

I wish companies like Disney would just make a sort of deal like... half of the $ goes to them or something.

At this rate... the world will never see any nice shirts with both the rabbit and the mouse together.

There's gotta be a loophole.

Yea, usually!, but the serotonin start the band, plus he write the songs, and is very happy doing it!

I agree, but we thought the dates worked better on the back of a shirt. On the front, we thought it needed to be simpler. C'est la vie!

The Beard of Zeus will rock you like a hurricane... and then plummet your trireme into the briny depths. I find this no more disturbing than anything Scandinavian metal has given us.

Also, in case anyone doesn't know, all the greek gods mentioned made an appearance in the original story. I seem to remember that Athena liked to show up, spout a sentence or two and then turn into a duck. And no one ever seemed to find this weird.

Just as their name would suggest, Davy and the Crock-ettes were just as misunderstood as the frontier hero they were christened by. Were they a folk band of misfits? That's right, all the way from Tennessee to Texas. They aren't a folk band, or a country band, or a girl band. They are Davy and the Crock-ettes.

Thanks chrispen - definitely going to rework it, but not in time to resub for this derby unfortunately. Client deadlines must come first.
