Pashmina. I have two and basically wear them all winter to keep the draft off my neck. Office is comfortable enough, but drafty.

I have a chain with a cross. It rarely leaves my neck.

Gold chain. No ties or other stuff. Hard to tie around a t-shirt,and don't look good on Hawaiian shirt. (except leis)

A t-shirt collar. Preferably an American Apparel t-shirt collar.

I can't stand wearing rings or watches either. Never have been able to. They bug me the whole time and I just end up fiddling with them.

Most clothing kinda bugs me the same way, but alas, most places have laws about going naked.
