Thanks! A Loose Meat Sandwich is also known as a Tavern Sandwich.

I love it because I had to think about it. And for all you haters: we all know the pilot year for Spongebob was the best.

Re: Finish him!

I really enjoy joining the derby each week because it does make me think outside of my comfort zone BUT if this is stolen artwork and it has received this many wasted votes I am very aggravated....I spend several hours trying to make sure my ideas are original before I start drawing because I would never want to be accused of being a hack/thief. This was a tough week and I am not thrilled with my shirt but at least it was my creativity.

ochopika wrote:The green one is supposed to be Link. I wonder if I could have made it resemble him more clearly. Hmm. Incidentally the Green Ranger also plays an ocarina-type thing.

Yeah...I wasn't really sure what the Green ranger one was. It looked like it may of been Link due the Ocarina, but the mask looked like your stereotypical green alien heads from the 90's and the weapon that the red ranger is holding looked to me like a green tail...so I thought the green ranger may of been a reference to a reptilian character, but I couldn't think of the name of the cartoon from back then of the fighting reptile that seemed to lose his tail in about half the episodes due to some sort of misshap. Still though definitely voted on this. Also is the black ranger a reference to multiple things? I thought it was Batman at first, but then was confused by the sword, and remember that the black ranger definitely had a power axe!

I keep the chakram from the Xena Action figure I used to own in my dice bag as a map marker-

A FAN XD!
Thank you... I worked on this for hours.

I'm thinking of opening up an Etsy account where I can sell my shirts online because my cartoony cute style doesn't do well on Woot.

So after the contest... stop by. ^u^
(unless by some miracle I win) :D

By the way...which version do you like better? The light blue or the darker grey?

For the record, I prefer the darker one... Has that old black Felt marker board look to it.

I probably should have dotted the "i". Oh well, I'll fix it when it goes up on redbubble I guess

I do. My CD collection was growing but I only ever listened to mix tapes taken from them until burners came out.

Great shirt!

Narfcake wrote:One nit: Milton's stapler is a 646, not the 747 depicted with the silver top logo plate. Some folks have recreated the stapler here.

Good eye Narfcake. I actually started with a screenshot from the movie, so I am aware it's not exactly the same. I wanted to go "minimalist" with this and the original stapler just didn't have the same visual interest as this one. Since I can't put "Swingline" on the side, I needed some other elements to make it pop. The name plate and the joint fender provided that. Artistic license, ya know? As long as the joke works, I'm okay with the inaccuracy.
