Re: Maze Solver

I love Naolito's work. I've bought other T-shirts of his always with compliments from others and I even bought an art print that didn't make it to a tee on Woot for some unthinkable reason.

Re: Who's laughing now? (resub)

RESUB with some changes.
Please REVOTE!

Changes some nerds suggested ;)
Thanks for the comments guys!

• Removed the stitches on the tentacle. Now it doesn't look attached (more Genetic Modification, less Frankenstein)

• Added a visible third and fourth toe to each foot.

• Added a second shade of grey in some areas for more details.

•Added a shadow on the floor.

PS. I didn't count all the teeth, so I am not sure if it it anatomically correct on that area, lol.

Sometimes, I wonder how right you might be, but I suspect it has more to do with some folks on rejectionator duty taking tattles at face value, with little research, and others dig a little more (and thus, allow a little bit more). Either way, I just try to adjust and move on.

This time, I *did* have a second version ready, just in case, though I hated having to add the text. I like both, but I like the subtlety of not explaining a joke.

FWIW, I got the concept based off the title, but I've never seen a plasma globe that looks like that. It doesn't read to me as mad science related but "Eye of Sauron with a green eye" (something I'm not sure we could even run.) I appreciate you're going for subtlety, but the connection is just too subtle without supporting text.

Very cool! It's my very favorite theory about why bad weather happens to good people! I'd buy it.

Thanks a bunch for the explanation, Travis! I understand the tricky line y'all have to walk with IP and parody, and your job walking that line is unenviable.

I think it's probably that it's too close to the actual design of the hypnotoad from Futurama (so it's a copyright thing).

Yes.... any cat, I know, would make it perfectly clear that I had just placed it in a box ; ) ! After a month I would have to go with "the cat is dead...." I checked for typos also.

The resub is definitely the better one of the two. (brevity is the soul of wit and whatnot) Everyone should go vote for that one.

For some reason people had a fear that when those foolish physicists fired up the LHC, it would generate a world ending black hole. I guess they were wrong, or at the very least haven't yet been proven right.
