Yeah, he reminded me of that. I forgot about it, at least in my concious brain. He's cool with it though.
edit: Here's a bigger, cleaned up version for your perusal:
Re: Spacetime Continuum
I love it, must have one
odysseyroc wrote:there are elements on there that aren't text.
these shirts both survived the "no text only" rule and printed.
So, two wavey lines and a faded out circle gets this around the rules? Ridiculous.
Re: Time Travels!
Looks like we both had similar ideas this week! Nice work on yours. Super clean.

I NEED IT
peirene wrote:This is cool, but the design is too busy for my taste for T-shirt. It would be awesome as a print for wall art!
Hey, new here. I really like your style, good luck. +1
Re: If only...
One More Friday Gone This the greatest design ever. This should be married guys Flag or crest or something. LOL Great job.
You got the styling juuust right on this. +1
I think the question is "Who?" which is off limits this derby.
Re: Attack To Paleolithic
Inspired by Lascaux Cave painting in France.
A reference to the best time travelling video game ever!
Now I have Frog's theme music stuck in my head!!!
Re: Future Me Visit
"You need to diet"
Great concept and art!

The text rule is meant to prevent the "pick a font and slap a slogan on it" shirts. If some amount of graphic design went into it, it'll be fine.
paaiyan wrote:I really like this, but I'm worried the Rejectionator might decide to 86 it. Here's hoping it doesn't!
Thanks Paaiyan! I'm hoping it will be ok for a couple reasons. 1. Nintendo isn't very litigious when it comes to parody, 2. It's a back view of "yoshi" and 3. I think taking away the saddle and shoes is a pretty significant change. Anyways thanks again for the kind words .
Re: Going where they'll treat me right.
Heh, this is funny

Agree! There was obviously a level of skill and craftsmanship put into this design. The rule is meant to keep people from spending 5 minutes "designing" a shirt.

It's from the show Community. Inspector Spacetime is a Dr. Who parody, but it's distinctly not Whovian.

That's a good question, if Dr. Who is banned, is parodying a parody of Dr. Who allowed?
Re: Cretaceous Caper
I hope this wins! I love Yoshi.
bluetuba wrote:That's a good question, if Dr. Who is banned, is parodying a parody of Dr. Who allowed?
The odroc entry above was from the England derby when Doctor Who was also banned.
Re: Dodo travels in time
Wow, this is really cool.
username625 wrote:always late

Late is great, I like that trait.
Super cool. I love how unflappably disheveled he is.

Ingenious ! Love this idea/design !
