I like the shirt. I dislike that i don't really understand it. I look forward to the Wooters whose will explain this, temporarily getting me out of my wormhole!

I bet that T-Rex got and died of Dysentery. That, or one of his oxen died, delaying him severely.

Sometimes I feel like I'm the only guy in North America that never played Oregon Trail.

This shirt immediately sparked a memory of playing in grade 3, among other great games. Good times.

The scene is straight out of Jurassic Park - I just saw the movie again a couple days ago.

I only know of the Oregon Trail game from a Person of Interest episode.

Oh Oregon Trail, such memories. I was darn proud of myself first time I made it to the end without dying. I wonder how much meat you'd get from shooting a T-Rex. I bet I could manage to miss it.

Killed by pirates is good, but killed by game's sense of temporal propriety while carnivorous dinosaur looms over your typhoid-free, oxen-replete covered wagon? Freaking awesome.

Fun fact: When I played Oregon Trail as a kid I named my entire family after myself.

Side note I was voted most narcissistic student 4 years in a row.

FACT: Temporal anomalies are a common problem in Oregon and frequently disrupt wagon trains, burrito carts and the occasional hipster mustache.

Well, hopefully they don't end up with the meat and have to ford a river soon. That would be waaaay too heavy! And all that meat would just spoil soon, and they'd have to hunt mammoth or something...

I'd really hate leaving behind 13,900 pounds of good t-rex meat. Do you think you could kill a t-rex will just one bullet? It would be a lot harder to miss a t-rex than a rabbit!

But Are you even sure t-rex meat would be a good thing ? Maybe it would make you sick. Some lizard are poisonous. Not to mention what time travel would do to flesh. Wormholes => wormy ?? That adds another factor in this time travel version of the game.

and what part exactly of Jurassic park is this from? I just saw it a few months ago and I don't remember anything like this, or them saying anything about a temporal anomaly. Other than the trex, I can't find a single thing that relates to Jurassic Park.

The write-up is a scene from Jurassic Park, set in Oregon Trail, lol.

I'm hunting down our disc of Oregon Trail because, of course, I have to play now. I feel like I've conquered the world when I get there before dying. (Preferably without killing the others in my party along the way, but let's be honest - I'm the primary focus.)

Isla Sorna Trail. The prequel game to Jurassic Park IF the dinosaurs were always there and not engineered O.o. Like Oregon Trail the entertainment comes not from if you live or die, but how you die.

I always found that salt was an essential supply. How else will you preserve all that meat otherwise?
