Hello, I've absolutely new to this site.

I saw the "Trust Me!" Ninja Turtles shirt, and I would love to have one. I've been trying to purchase it for the past week now. Every time I try to though, after it processes, it tells me it's be declined and that I should try again later. Why does this keep happening? I'm using my own VISA card.

It sounds like your card is declining the charge. First thing to check is that your information on your Woot account matches that on your VISA card.

You can email support@woot.com to get more information as to why it's being declined (maybe).
