To be honest, I think an opportunity was missed here... the ball could have hit the goose in the butt. Why should the ducks get a double meaning but not the goose? :P
A duck walks into a bar.
The bartender says, "Hey, pal. Your pants are down!"

Quite. That's not what goosing looks like!
Highly appropriate as yesterdays 100th Regular Show was about ducks and geese.
Duck, Duck, Turducken, Pheasant, Moose, Duck, Duck, *THWUNK* GOOSE!!!
Anyone that calls it "Duck Duck, Grey Duck" is a dirty liar.
Hmmm, is that why they call it a goose bump?
ha ha ha : )
And the ducks are grey becauuuuuse...? This shirt is biased against and confusing to Minnesotans.
From the facebook thumbnail this looked like it could have been a trig function joke shirt or something. Didn't make the connection until I read the title.
Hah, nice use of literal.
I came here to say I can't buy this because I'm Minnesotan (even though I was born and raised in 'goose' territory), but I see that's been covered already.
Looks like a scene out of the video game Rhythm Heaven. Duck duck goose! You fail.
As an upper-midwesternite I have to say that the correct game name is "Duck, Duck, Grey Duck"...
Wow, the writeup broke my heart. Hang in there guy! The funnies'll come to you one day! Just believe!
I'm a pigeon.
The goose does have a double meaning, he's being hit by a baseball, which is something Goose Gossage of the Yankees was famous for, hitting batters.
Oh Goose. Always dying in training accidents.
Minnesotans will never get this.
It is duck duck gray duck! gosh... why do people outside of MN not know what it is called....
Aw man! Right in the throat!
You should always make a clean kill when hunting with baseballs.
It is always fun learning about the weird little silos of culture in certain areas.
But now I'm just wondering how the MN people feel about Grey Goose...
Why not give the Goose a nice helmet and flight suit?
Shouldn't the goose be bigger than the ducks?
(12:03 AM, today) ClaudiaM tries to illicit a joke...
..."illicit" a joke? Is that supposed to be a joke?
gavrik317 wrote:It is duck duck gray duck! gosh... why do people outside of MN not know what it is called....
Agreed. I would definitely buy the "duck, duck, gray duck" version. Even though I, as a Minnesotan, agree with the common criticism that it makes basically no sense.

i think whoever did that wanted to elicit just such a response. yes indeedy.
Wh, What happened to the "Wear this shirt, Don't wear this shirt, we call this color," etc?

Lo siento, no lo hagas más. Fue un día triste cuando dejamos de hacer eso. Oh cómo mis ojos lloraron y cantaron mi corazón.

elicit, not illicit
2) The ball totally should be hitting the goose in the butt.
Ditto, this is very disappointing.

Born and raised in Minnesota. I only learned "duck, duck, goose" as a child. It wasn't until as an adult, someone from outside Minnesota told me that Minnesotans said "grey duck."
This shirt is perfect for one such as me.

That sort of made sense... Eh except not really. No uses los traductores online ok? Se qué estás triste pero eso no es razón para que se te olvide la gramática.

Yeah, after CaptainKyso copied the practice, Woot was all "Nae, ye dinna" (because Woot is Scottish, you know), then llandar bailed and the end of it was written.
