Ideas can come from either of us... ig usually sketches it up and I usually color it in.

Ig was busy at work this past thursday so we didn't have our normal collab. I had this idea for awhile and it fit the derby so I gave it a whirl...

This took a LOT longer than I expected, but even though I gave up on any chance of winning the derby, I still wanted to submit to see what everyone thinks of the design. Click here to see a larger version to see the detail

This is really cool - if it prints, I'll buy one for my husband for sure!

It would be amazing if Tony was holding some sort of booze.

Re: Memories and Dreams

Finally got this one finished guys :D I based it on the idea of how each of us are both affected by and can tell our own stories and how each one if different.

So a collection of creatures manifesting themselves out of a girl who has a penchant for books seems like a pretty good way of getting that across! :P

This is a great concept... I would mail you a pound of flesh for this exact shirt but with the watchmen... their shadows reflecting their former minutemen selves... except for Manhattan, who is super in both...

Mavyn wrote:For me, this isn't something I'd wear. It's not 'tee shirt' design, so much as a design on the topic that's been put on a tee. The flow would be awkward on my shape, and it would require more attention from an onlooker to 'get it'.

The title of '9 lives' and only 4 images is incongruous and makes me fidget.

Thanks Mavyn, good feedback and something I can take with me back to the design room. Cheers!

Re: The Book Was Better

I'm different because I refuse to watch most movies based on books until I've read it's book... and it's true, all books are better that their movies, except for princess bride, they're about even.
