Sincerely Yours,

Re: N.E.S.

Who remembers leaving their console on overnight because some of the games couldn't be saved? Ahhh, nostalgia.

Re: 1980's Detroit Chart

I have no idea if anyone else loved Robocop as much as my brother and I did as kids, but this was the first thing that came to mind when presented with the eighties...

Do you remember Tank 1990 (Battle City)? It's the best game of my childhood :D
(It has "1990" in the title but it was released in 1985.)

One of my favorite 80's movies, even though I wasn't born when it came out.

So many one-liners to choose from... As a child of the 80's just looking back through the list of movies from year-to-year was a great trip.

Re: Pity The Fool Without This Shirt

As this was a quickly thrown together design, I'm not heartbroken over the rejection. I'm just curious the specific reasoning. Is it a celebrity likeness issue, a copyright issue, or something else?

I promise, my intent is not to whine, but legitimate curiosity.

It's because of the "The A Team" logo

This is the first one of these I've ever seen that I'd actually buy. Nicely done.

Fair 'nuff. Out of curiousity, if I change it so it's not the logo (and I'm chuffed that I actually managed to recreate it well enough to get rejected!) but just says "The A Team," would that be acceptable, or is using that phrase taboo?

Almost all of my ideas were Hughes-related. But most of them wouldn't be understood by the younger woot generation. *sigh*

The name itself will be a problem also, you could use "The A Group", "The B Team" (like someone else did), or something similar, but not the original name.

The name of the show/movie ("The A-Team") is the problem, I suspect. I think you can play off of it, but you probably can't use it, even if it's not the logo, itself.

Re: Hello, 1984.

Whether you are an Apple Fanboy or an Apple hater--or an innocent bystander or even an uninterested Luddite--when Apple released the Macintosh computer in 1984, it changed the computing world...

For the better, some would say.
For the worse, some would say.

Regardless, 1984 was a first glimpse into the future.

Hello, 1984: Welcome to the Future...
