You're in the perfect position, Hound! Now, quickly, shove him off that cliff. Then alight him with Wildfire.

Ok, I want the truth. Was there a bag with random items of pop culture which artists pulled out two of?

Nicely jutting chins though.

Hilarious! But Joffrey isn't half the lion Simba was. Heck, he isn't half the lion Scar was!

It's okay, nothing spoilery going on here. It's just a parody of the Lion King.

This isn't how Joffrey di... *cough*. Uh, how Joffrey dines. That's what I was going to say, dines. Eats his dinner. Mm-hmm.

Ha! The number of friends I have who were so upset that he wasn't killed off in the last season is amazing. Read the books, kids. That being said, I look forward to next season, where we will see Joff wine and dine...

Cute takeoff on the Lion King. Took me a bit to make the connection.

I really enjoyed Mr. Martin's description of that one feast. 77 courses and wine to die for. Of course the "King's Dog" was long gone by then. He deserted after the big sea battle.

For those who have read book 4 (and 5?), do we ever get to find out about what happened between that wonderful little shindig Walder Frey threw at the Twins and that truly satisfying scene with Lady Katelyn at the end of book 3? I'd REALLY like to know how she came to be there at that time.

What is this a parody OF?????!!!!! (Says the girl who is too busy in her phd program to know what is going on in pop culture ... but clearly not too busy to be hanging out on woot.com)

Sorry. I apologize in advance for being clueless.

The Lion King meets Game of Thrones.

Lion for Cryin', a jab back at the spoilt brat prince who would be king.

Hope that helps.

AAAhhhhhhhhhh Game of Thrones ... yes ... now I understand. (Well, understand about as much as someone who has never watched game of thrones.)

Thanks All!! Appreciated. :-)

Have to avoid potential spoilers in other comments, but did anyone else instantly get "Circle of Life" stuck in their head?

No apologies necessary. Trust me, you needn't be in a PhD program to have no interest in Game of Thrones.

I love that Joffrey's eyebrows don't match his hair, just like in the show.

Not having read the books, I don't know if Joffrey "dines". I've always assumed that eventually Arya would get to him.

Move along. Nothing to see here.

HAHA I can only speak for myself. I know that there are several people a couple floors above me who are all about it.

I can say that I did get the lion king reference :-D I'm usually pretty on top of cartoons ;-)

Yes, in that only-so-certain way that Martin likes to present things.

this is a really funny mash-up, well executed, just not sure if I want it on a tee. I like the mock-up of the hoody and the smaller print on it, but it won't give me an option to buy the hoody! Wondering if this print would sell more tote bags than hoodies, for all those "Game of Thrones" books.
