It's a very happy shirt. Also, random number generator says the answer to your question is: 45463571

Too late for Halloween, too early for Pi day.

Pumkpin Pi! Just in time for pumkpin pie season. I love all the expressive faces. Walmazan took an old tired joke and made it fun and delightful again. ^_^

And I'm not even trying to guess how many homophone shirts have been designed, let alone sold. I can't even guess right when there's a jar full of stuff right in front of me to count.

Indeed, pumpkin pi(e) is the easiest Thanksgiving recipe!

Great expressions as usual, Wences!

Randomly selected page from Woot designs (happened to be #6, generated by a random number generator) yielded approximately 2 homophonic designs (approximately, because the second one involved owlgebra so it doesn't REALLY count). 2 out 40= 5%.

Assuming woot is about average as far as such things go, 5% of all graphic shirts on average, deal with homophones.

According to http://wiki.answers.com/Q/How_many_shirts_does_the_average_American_own#slide3 average American has 35 shirts, with 5% of the 35 - homphonic =1.75, to the total of 525 mln hono shirts in the US.

Wikipedia points to 1913 as one of the alleged years of origination of t- shirts, to the total of a 100 years.

Assuming 0 in the beginning; growth rate to about 2 shirts on average by about 1953 (population about 160 mln), and growth to 35 shirts by 2013; assuming average shirt lasts 2 years and needs to be replaced every 2 years.

Actually, about mid-50s is when graphic t-shirts started anyways; so lets start with 1953 instead of 1913.

Assume the US owns half of world's t-shirts. (just based on stats of consumption of other things).

Your turn.

*dies from the amazing cuteness*

Quick! Get me a slice of that pumpkin pi to counteract the attack!

LOL Congrats, Walmazan!

Based on the fact that the majority of the graphic t-shirts are not sold in third world countries; I would estimate that at least 12 homophone t-shirts have been sold in the last two decades.

Why a 3 item limit, Woot?

Why any limit at all on printed to order items?

Why have three different products and a limit of 3 items total?

I will order zero because I cannot order what I want in the quantities I want. No difference to you, I am sure, but there it is, just the same.

Separate orders should do the trick!

Thank you Walmazan (and Woot), for not forgetting Thanksgiving, like most retailers (and some people).

I bought one, because it made me smile and chuckle on a rainy day.

I cannot wait for Pumpkin Pi! Less filling, for sure :D

Very cute pumpkins, but with November being prime season for pumpkin pie, I feel like the background should be some kind of cream or tan instead of black. Would get more use out of wearing the shirt since wearing black & orange after Halloween is kind of tacky.

The sweatshirt was only available for the first day of sales. Keep an eye on the plus events though, it may show back up.
