Woot, I would to formally say thank you for how you have treated this situation, well at least in my case. I was very disappointed to hear that I would not receive my hoodie and I would only receive a refund, but a few days ago when I received a valid tracking number I realized that all hope was not lost. Before that, I was on the fence about whether or not I would continue to check Woot every day, or for that matter ever buy again, but as of today I have recieved my hoodie and am very happy. You have not lost a customer, at least not me, and I will continue to monitor your great daily sales. I am also anxious to get that awesome 'Freaker'!!
