Only if it's the proper kind--no powdered crap for me. Chunks of quality chocolate whisked into milk on the stove 'til perfectly viscous, seasoned (sea salt/sugar/cinammon/etc) to taste, then left to sit a few hours before reheating and drinking. Good hot chocolate, like stew, gets better with (a bit of) time.
