I'm trying to submit a ticket for a mistake I made on placing an order. Every time I submit it I get an error. here is a copy of the ticket.
I forgot to update my address on the last item I bought. It should go to billing address. That is my home address.

Please tell me you can change the address. I only purchased 10 min ago

Order Status:Not Yet Shipped

Unfortunately, we're not able to change your address; it's for your security. You can log into your account and change it there if your order isn't too far along in the shipping process already. Otherwise, you can contact the carrier when you get your tracking info and see if they can change the address for you. Sorry for the trouble.
