"Red Rover, Red Rover, send Brian right over! And we will do our best to injure Brian by whatever means possible because we are ruthless child-beasts!"

Playground games. Leisure sports. Activities for the non-athletic kids. Whatever you call them, these games are indelibly etched into our collective memories (and, most likely, our actual skeletons). These days we've moved onto other silly games like ping-pong, darts, shuffleboard, and bowling -- "sports" for the sport-averse.

Here's a non-exhaustive list to get your brains stormin': Kick the can, tetherball, darts, lawn darts, horseshoes, tag, fourquare (the original), duck duck goose, red light green light, bocce ball, red rover, ping-pong, darts...

"Activities for the non-athletic kids."

Can we include board games in this or strictly "playground" activities?

Does canoeing count? Or "drifting with style..." Around these parts, it is definitely a non-athletic activity. Unless binge drinking is considered athletic?

One More Goal Ghosts in the Graveyard!!!
I was just thinking of that a few days ago.

I have always wondered though if some of these games and their names are different per region.

So basically anything played outside? What about imagination games, like deciding that the playground is is a spaceship/castle/pirate vessel and that we're all aliens/warriors/pirates and ninjas? Sword fighting with sticks? Water gun battles? Also, what about seeing how far you can jump from the swing set? Building sandcastles?

No rules, so creme shirts are ok? How about we throw in the purple AA option while we're at it?

Did someone say darts?

Thoughts? I was trying to go a little minimalistic, while giving a nod to the original Jarts.

Nice one Allnsmithee. I like the figure outline with the darts. I think the logo because of it's size pulls away from the graphic a little…maybe the figure clutching a ring (or just a ring in there somewhere) might be cool (or not - just throwing it out there).

Qetza: That's way prettier than an a cartoon astronaut ever should be! Nice work.

Alln: I agree with Q. Maybe you can put the logo small on the 'pocket' of the shirt and invert the graphic.

Ened: I think I'd like red.

Here's what I've got going on. Suggestions welcome before submission time...
