Just wanted to add it that it looks like they sent the ordered tank top that I ordered on 07/29. This was after they had issued the refund last month after it didn't show up after 3 weeks. I appreciate them sending what is now a free tank top. My only suggestion is to speed up replies and/or transparency. It took about 3 weeks and several emails for it to be determined that they were out of stock. Especially for such a small order, I don't mind waiting for a non-essential item as long as I'm in the know to what's going on. A line saying (if that's the case) that they ran out of tank tops and will fulfill the order once more came in would've been perfectly fine. Having worked CS years ago, I understand things get lost under the radar and I thank you for your resolution.
