Cover of the latest Massive Attack cd? The bad guy from Silent Hill? Galactus in the middle of a cartwheel? Without the rest of its pack, a simple Hound’s Tooth turns into a cruel threatening figure, swooping in with arms outstretched from some fashion netherworld, coming from the woods to eat the naughty Paisley children with large, monsterful gobbles. After all, when it comes to fashion, context is key.
This shirt was designed by: cheesesandwich, who won in Derby #15 all those months ago. We would like to say more but it is almost lunchtime and she has made us hungry just by existing. The only question: is she Provolone on White or Cheddar over Wheat?
Wear this shirt: while marching with about fifty of your friends who are wearing the shirt as well. The effect will be amazing. Onlookers will clap. Scotsmen will faint with joy.
Don’t wear this shirt: to remind the world that Ian Fleming described James Bond as wearing a black and white houndstooth suit. People will comment that a t-shirt is not a suit and you’ll get kicked out of the casino without ever finding out what the Russian plans to do with Countess Bringerov and fail your mission.
This shirt tells the world: “My clothes are as sharp as a thankless serpent.”
