He played football with the guys in the dorm. He went to the dining hall. And then there came that day when he had to leave the Zoology Department.
Time were hard. New graduates were fighting for all the positions. He wondered if maybe he should have just taken a year off and washed dishes. But he remembered what his roommate, the cat, used to say. “Hang in there!” he heard over and over again, “Hang in there!” That cat went right into the modeling industry. And maybe he was right.
So every single day, in the little hat, and the little tie, he’d go out there and do his best. Maybe it was Asst. To The Organ Grinder. Maybe it was Lead Juggling Clerk. But he’d do it the best he could. And, sooner or later, they’d know his name.
This shirt was designed by: Jon Turner, who has a blog and a Flickr page. He also once dressed up a lemur like Scarlett O’Hara. It gets lonely, being a designer.
Wear this shirt: to your meeting at the firm of Kong, Kong, Young & Clyde. They’ll be so impressed. Probably one of them will instruct the secretary to fling silverback poop at you. Fast-tracking, anyone?
Don’t wear this shirt: backwards. People will think you’re an addict. Inside out is probably okay unless you feel weird about letting a monkey stare at your nipples.
This shirt tells the world: “You maniacs! You dressed it up! Damn you! Damn you all to Hell!”
