Sometimes little monsters do things they shouldn’t. It’s not because they mean to hurt you. They really didn’t. But monsters have trouble with consequences. They see something now and it’s so wonderful and cute and they try to say no, but they can’t. And then they have to hide what they’ve done. But they don’t want to hide it. They want the world to know, they want to get caught. It’s a cry for help, you see, a cry to the world that something is wrong, that something is missing, something they don’t know how to ask for. That’s the trouble with little monsters. All you can do is teach them the best way you can, and maybe tell them they have to use their own money for cats.

Don’t wear this shirt: when you’re explaining how your bank’s financial decisions led directly to the teetering housing market that could be shattering the world’s economy and contributing to the global food shortages and yet you don’t feel there should be governmental regulations put into place to make sure you are properly punished for what you have done. That’s probably a good day to bust out the power tie.
