Re: Inspired By The Phantom Tollbooth
I remember that book. Drakxxx I love the color palette and the illo.
Anyone know this book? Not me. Like the design though!
Re: Inspired by Paradise Regained
I know the black on grey can be tricky (like a few folks said with the Nevermore shirt, but a large part of that was that the lines were so thin). Just to be safe, however, I added a lot of the light grey next to the black to help out areas where I wanted the design to stand out. Thanks and enjoy.

Re: Inspired by Call of the Wild
Inspired by Call of the Wild
Really well done, love the idea and loved this book growing up!
Re: Inspired by The Kite Runner
Awesome! My favorite book of all time.
Re: Inspired by Paradise Lost
The population of the koala in Australia has been dropping. One big reason for this is the destruction of their natural habitat. It's a sad situation where they' really are losing their paradise.
I love the variety in your pieces. Love the placement and the design.

Re: Inspired by The Very Hungry Caterpillar
Please do a children's book sometime. Your illustrations are wonderful!
Re: Inspired by Mostly Harmless
Inspired by "Mostly Harmless" (title only), as well as Fablefire's entry in the Pets derby. In fact, I suggested this idea to her first, but she didn't bite. Here Cerberus has two playful heads (not counting the tail) and one vicious visage. Hey, only one-third is dangerous. He's mostly harmless.
I'm submitting this mostly just to get my feet wet again. I'm rusty. ><
The snake tail's heart is blue because snakes are cold-blooded, of course.
Re: Inspired by Different Seasons
The dragon represents the different seasons from spring, summer, fall, and then winter
Re: Inspired by: The Flyer Flew!
Based on a children's book of the same name... And since it was at Kitty Hawk, I thought birds...
Re: Inspired by Harold and the Purple Crayon
Ha! Gmv and made me laugh. I love your stuff.
wow man, this is incredible.
Re: Inspired By To Kill A Mockingbird
Re: Inspired by The Painted Bird
The Painted Bird was written in 1965 by Jerzy Kosinski and tells the story of a Jewish boy who is separated from his family in Poland during WWII. The title comes from a part of the story where the boy finds a man who paints the feathers of birds different colors for fun, then releases them back to be attacked by their own kind.
Please vote fairly. Thank you.

Re: inspired by The Secret Life of Bees
inspired by The Secret Life of Bees. there are 10 hidden Bs in this design, can you find them all?
no actual text was used in this design, only shapes that suggest the letter B or b.
I think this shirt is very well done. Personally as a female, this is the one I would purchase.
