. . .
Neuro has made it abundantly clear in different threads that she is no longer happy here and that shirt.woot makes her miserable. I do not understand why she refuses to leave shirt.woot if it is affecting her so much. It's a freaking website, it's not something worth making yourself upset about.
Look, the fact is that this place is, or at least used to be, a community. Seki ripped people off, probably numerous times, but only once with enough documentation that she had her shirt yanked. She is not a trustworthy person. No one should be supporting her artistic endeavors.
The fact that you weren't around when this stuff happened doesn't make it irrelevant. It just means you're not qualified to speak up about whether or not people have a right to be upset.
As for the "love it or leave it" sentiment you're expressing, that's always a fallacious argument. One could just as easily tell you to stop reading neuro's posts if you find them so tiresome.
I bear you no ill will: you seem like a nice enough guy/gal. I'm just saying, if you think about it for a bit, you'll realize that telling neuro to pipe down isn't the answer. For the record, I was around when all this nonsense actually happened. It stunk. Woot basically doesn't care that it's supporting plagarists. I got sick of the attitude they displayed to their community and have, by and large, vacated the forums. If someone, say neuro, is having trouble letting go, well it's not the choice I made, but I understand it.
