Weird. They have a whole SLEW of woot designs. When I put one in the cart and then try to buy, it takes me to Amazon.

i wish someone from staff would drop in to tell me if i should be angry that someone is stealing my design or happy that my design is being sold through another retail stream!

I'll send the info along to the Shirt team, if you did happen to already email Travis or anyone else, I am sure they are looking into it, but our lawyers are pretty good at fleshing this stuff out.

K, k, we looked it over and it is just a clever front for an Amazon affiliate. It's still sold and fulfilled by us if you check your Amazon cart after adding it to your cart on their site.

This isn't for a shirt being sold anywhere, but my design is being used for advertising...

I was watching TBS a few weeks ago and saw a commercial for the Big Bang Theory and saw my design on it! Well, not *my* design, and they re-did it (and it was a crude version of the design), but they copied the layout exactly! See the image attached and the link is a Youtube video of the actual commercial (it's at about the 2-3 second mark).

I believe that was a "transplanted" design, meaning woot doesn't have the exclusive printing rights. There are a few @wirdou designs on that site, and I'm wondering if they're printed under contract with him (only he could really say). If not someone might want to let him know he's being ripped off...
