This is more of a question for the mods. The "scary" part IMHO is when your design gets close to the fog, then you lose all your votes and get rejected at the 11th hour. Not saying this WILL happen, I just really hate to have all the excitment and anticipation to get destroyed at the last minute. I could be wrong, of course.

I probably made the same joke the previous time too. I like how grungy it looks.

(IMHO, since I'm not staff ...)

Sure, it's a black cat on a grass green shirt, but no, I don't see it close enough to say S.S.E.

This, OTOH, is very similar, but their art director was active here at the time LaL printed so I'm sure she is aware and I'm also pretty sure whomever on their staff that designed it was allowed to be "inspired" by their boss.

Can you sub the lady one as a separate entry plz? You can link to it in the comments for both of them.
If we choose them for an Editor's Choice sale, we would print both. It's just better if we don't have one entry==more than one design.

For the record, I did ask permission to do this, but I have to agree that in practice, this is not an optimum way to deal with variants. I subbed the female version just now so we should be all good.

Toothless (and all the dragons) from H2TYD are totally based on Cats. I think that makes the connection even stronger.

I'd say Jasneko is in the clear by a lot. If there were only one cat shirt allowed on Woot, we'd all be out of business.

Thanks. Simic is amazing, did all the work, and deserves all the credit. He basically took the ball and ran with it. I'm just the free-loader with ideas of grandeur. ;)
