I didn't interpret this in the same way you did. I thought the kitten was happy and purring because

1. He just ate his favorite part of the hamburger.

2. He now has a nice cosy place to take a nap!

Things will definitely explode if you use a cream tee. It also appears you've used a photo for the cloud, which is also against the rules.

Thanks for your feedback, acraigl. I'm pretty new to this, but have done silkscreening in the past. The cloud was drawn on Procreate and changed to half tones in Gimp.

Apologies! I guess take it as a compliment that I mistook it for a photo.
As for the color blank, that still stands. While creme is included in the template, it's no longer an available color for use, and you'll see the weekly derby theme description prohibits its use every time.

I'm not a GIMP user, but have half-toned a fair bit in Photoshop. I was wondering about the white halo effect on the cloud -- was that intentional? It's one of the things that made me think it was a traced or rastered photo, particularly because the cat doesn't share the same appearance.

Lastly, welcome! If you have any questions about how these things work, just ask. We were all new once.

Thanks! It’s the first nuclear explosion I’ve ever drawn. ;)

Bummer on the cream color - good to know though. I’ll have to do something about that.

The white halo is a artistic representation of my learning curve and dealing with multiple new-to-me programs in the most inefficient way possible. ;)

Thanks for the offer. We’ll see if I have the patience to keep at it!

Haha, fair enough. Resub this on a new color... white will hide the halo.
