I ordered 2 mugs (Ugly Holiday Sweater Mug 2012) on 11/27. Yesterday, when my order page still said "Preparing for Shipment," I sent a message to CS wanting to know when they would ship and if by next weekend. Today I received a refund (which I didn't ask for) and an e-mail stating, "The item was oversold and unfortunately, we had to cancel your order." Ummm, the mugs are still for sale on the "Last Minute Gifts!" plus sale, so how can they be oversold and I can't have mine?? I don't want to re-order since I had free shipping for my order (multiple orders during Black Friday weekend). Can someone please help me get my mugs for Christmas? Thanks in advance.

Well, today I see I finally have a tracking number for my mugs. Someone somewhere did something, so thanks! Looking forward to our new mugs for the season.
