Are…are you seeing this?
“Yeah. Yeah I am totally seeing it.”
This is incredible. Light doesn’t move in straight lines. Light moves in organic patterns seeking the path of least resistance. It’s a living thing, an organism. Light comprises the cells inside us all.
“Totally. You’re right. Totally.”
If we all have light inside us that means…that means we’re all beings of light. We’re all children of the stars in the most literal sense. Oh my god it all makes sense now. And we never would have discovered it without this stuff you brought.
“Yeah. You wanna go walking through the woods or something?”
What? We still have our experiment to finish. We can’t leave now.
“Oh, right. The experiment. But as soon as we’re done I want to go rolling through some sun-warmed grass or something, man.”
Oh…oh that sounds incredible. Yes. We should do that. But first we have to finish our experiment. We have to check our equipment, we have to- Wait. Our equipment is just a prism and a projector. What were we supposed to accomplish here? This was never about science, was it?
“Heheheh, no man. It was never about science.”
I can’t believe you lied to me.
“How ‘bout that rollin’ in the grass, man?”
Yeah. Yeah let’s do that.
Wear this shirt: To the Laser Floyd show at the planetarium.
Don’t wear this shirt: If you’re going to be one of those curmudgeons who insists that’s not how a prism works.
This shirt tells the world: “What if light’s just like, a tree man? Ever think of that? Of course you didn’t.”
We call this color: Black side of the moon
