Great job getting the look of fear on his face. I love the layout on the shirt too with the eagle or hawk wings. Glad to see the voters responding to your work again this week.

And, thanks for being Piggy vote #26. *wink*

Re: Hare Today, Gone Tomorrow

Nice design. My only gripe with it is that it looks like it's just a silhouette behind the hare, rather than a shadow of a bird since there's no shadowing over the hare. That'd probably make it look weird though so I can see why you didn't do it.

awesomeness!

not only is the bunny's expression great (that is pure panic), and the bird's shadow awesome
but the title is also how we end the Little Bunny Foo Foo song. So I could wear it and sokowa's Walking through the Forest in sequence

& the Gaggle of Girls; so many shirts, so little space in the dresser!

Thanks, its coming down to the wire. This is my first real chance at a woot print so I'm excited, even though SDS says I don't stand a chance.

Also, thanks to everyone for the votes. I'm excited to see the actual total.

May the votes be with you Chris. You have some great artwork and seem like an all around good guy I wouldn't mind placing 4th if that happens. You deserve a print by now.
I've been torn between wanting to print myself and then having to stare at those big teary bunny eyes that just beg "Please sir, can you spare a vote".

I'm really pulling for you, but even if you don't get printed this week, I think this design has cemented your name in a future winning circle. It won't be long now. Major congrats for finally meshing your talent with the a subject the voters can appreciate while not compromising your unique style. A very difficult task, indeed.

That's very commendable of you, sokowa, but you don't need to take pity on me. I deserve to be printed as much as the next person. I accepted early on that there is always a chance to be printed and there is always a chance to never be printed. I'm 0 for 22 as of derby #61 and I keep coming back almost every week. I've got the "There is always next week!" mentality.

I get enjoyment out of participating each week, my wife does too and that makes derbies something we can enjoy together. We have made a lot of friends here and I think we will keep making more.

I've probably read almost every single Best Losers interview to try to find what gave that person the edge. Nothing is ever consistent between each person except for that nearly every winning artist has designed something they personally would want to wear. I've taken the same approach and have decided my taste in clothing is atrocious.

llo, I like the lines on his chest, makes it looks like his heart is thumping out of it. Don't know if you meant it to be that way or not, but it's great none the less.
