Derby #107 (Bags): Stop Baggin’ My Heart Around

by Scott Lydon

Just think. Before long, some lucky lucky shirt.wooter is going to be getting a shirt he or she paid for in a bag he or she designed. That’s right, they’ll have to pay us for the right to see their work in action. Pretty clever on our part, huh? Yeah, we’re shrewd like that.

Anyway, take a good, long look at the happy top three winners of Derby 107: Bags. Or, actually, maybe you should take a short, fleeting glance, because you’ll be seeing at least one of these in a future purchase and for many purchases after that. And we don’t want you to get sick of our new design before it even gets printed.

Remember kids, if the sky looks like that, you MUST cover up. It’s the best way to avoid deadly cancer rays.

Like some politically savvy octopus, our arms are far reaching. One day, the whole world will beg Joel for help. And he’ll look down, and whisper… “No.”

How did this person get past the gate? Why do we even have security if anyone can just waltz in and start sketching what they see? Please, don’t let the Texas Labor Commission see this.

It’s not all business here. Some of our cliches get along wonderfully. And everyone knows that the penguin and the bunny are dating. Why do they even pretend to hide it?

So there we go! Well done, all of you! Before long, our shoppers will be coming home to find these lovely new designs on their doorstep.

Also keep in mind that, if you’re the collecting type, you might want to order a few shirts right now, you know, before we begin phasing out the old design. Who knows how much an unopened original Version One shirt.woot shipping bag might be worth next year at this time? A collectable like that, we really should ship it carefully. Maybe some sort of… bag bag.

Hey, you think that’s a good idea for a derby?
