ABOUT SHIRT OF THE MONTH CLUB

Do you wear shirts or know someone who does? Terrific. We’re bringing back Shirt of the Month Club, our monthly subscription service for people who cover their torsos with cloth. You’ve probably got questions. Let’s answer them:

How’s it work?

Every month, we’ll send you or your “loved one” an exclusive design from one of Shirt.Woot’s most beloved artists. When we say “exclusive,” we mean “exclusive” (that’s why we used that adjective, frankly). These are designs you won’t find in our catalog, and they’ve never been offered on the site before. You’ll also get some other exclusive goodies from the same artist (stickers, journals, discounts and such).

How much do I pay for a subscription?

Pricing is as follows:

3 month = $60 for American Apparel, $54 for Anvil

6 month = $108 for American Apparel, $96 for Anvil

12 month = $192 for American Apparel, $168 for Anvil

Are these good prices?

We think so. You're getting a previously unavailable, limited-edition design from one of our top artists PLUS a few fun doodads every month. And we took a cue from those Columbia House ppl and implemented a system whereby more months = more savings, so hopefully you'll wanna take advantage of the discount.

Can I choose which shirts I receive?

Nope!

When will I get my shirt?

We’ll ship your shirt by the 9th of each month. Expect to receive your shirt around the 15th.

What if I need to change my address?

Contact us through the support page or email support@woot.com. Please include your name and current address as well as the complete forwarding address. We need to hear about this before the 1st of the month to change that month’s order, otherwise it will be reflected the following month.

Can I change my size?

We understand that sometimes humans change shape. To change your size, contact us through the support page or email support@woot.com. Please notify us by the 1st of the month to send the updated size in your next shirt order.

I missed the boat! When will this be offered again?

We will be offering SOTMC memberships at the beginning of each month. Keep in mind the 12 month option will only be available during our holiday sale, but the 3 and 6 month subscriptions will still be up for grabs.

Can I upgrade my subscription?

Can you ever! Contact us through the support page or email support@woot.com and we’ll help make that happen.

Can I spread the payments out over the months that I have my subscription?

Not at this time, but we are working with gyms in the area to see how they make that accounting work.

Can I give a subscription as a gift?

Yes! To give an SOTMC subscription, BE SURE THE SUBSCRIPTION IS THE ONLY ITEM IN YOUR CART when you make the purchase. Don’t forget to change the shipping details to the intended victi- er, recipient at checkout. Once you’ve completed your purchase, you’ll want to change the shipping info back to your own address so your loved one doesn’t receive subsequent stuff you order from us.

How can I tell someone I gave them a SOTMC subscription?

I want out. Can I cancel my subscription?

It's unthinkable, but sure. If you need to cancel, please notify us by the 2nd of the month that you'd like to terminate your subscription, and we'll refund your remaining subscription cost. If you gave the subscription as a gift and need to cancel, we'll make sure you're refunded accordingly.

I received an SOTMC shirt, but I didn’t order it. Am I being charged for this?

No. Subscriptions are paid in full at the time of purchase, so there is no payment due when you receive a SOTMC shirt. You may owe someone a hearty handshake or a hug, depending on your relationship with the sender. We’ll leave that to your discretion.

I don’t know who signed me up for this. Can I find out who gave me a subscription?

Nope. Due to our privacy policy, we can’t provide information about someone else’s purchases. If you don’t know who sent it, you may have to live with an awesome mystery.

Do you ship internationally?

We don’t currently send outside of the US. Sorry about that.

I have another question that you haven’t discussed here. What do I do?
