Is that all text? If so, it is very likely that letters are repeating and therefore would be violating the rules. However, a detail image showing the smaller lines (perhaps they are just lines, not small text) would be helpful?

This drawing is a great idea for this derby. Unfortunately, the gray on gray is very reminiscent of sweat. Not visually appealling to me.

You have repeated letters even in the bits I can read, so I think that disqualifies the design. I am curious about what the design is though - post a zoom, if you would. It does look a bit like a sweat line...
