Very nice. I like the variation of sea life, but I think it would look okay without the fisherman outside the drop, too. The colors look brighter and more appealing on the preview image though, but it's probably just something you did to place the image easier on the t-shirt.

I like the design. I can even get used to the fishermen sticking out, but the color of the shirt. Hmm... not sure, but I voted for it anyway, for the design.
