Nice design. You might want to change the angle of the flagpole a bit so that you can see it going to the ground; as it is, it looks a bit like he's stabbing himself with it. Other than that, I very much like the lines and expression.

But, I think you've gone outside the printable area with the horizontal stripe. I'm no expert on the printable area, but you may want to double check that. Otherwise it'll likely get rejected for it.

Your thumbnail also seems to have been distressed differently than the shirt comp. It could be a resizing artifact, but it doesn't look that way.
