Looking good! Reminds me of Ramón Pérez a little bit, maybe just because he draws Chameleons so well in kukuburi.

Great design, though I think it looks a tad weird with the branch appearing like it's growing out of the chameleons head.

I worked with Ramon on a couple of comics. I finally met him for the first time at C2E2 last month. He's a cool dude and I love his art.

Is this actually done with only five ink colors? I see red, yellow, purple, blue, and black (and of course the green which is the shirt color). I'm assuming the orange effect is the result of the red and yellow halftones, but maybe that's the sixth.

Yes Jel2301, I used 5 colors. The orange is just an effect of the halftones (see detail pic)

I thought the same thing - but that's why the shirt gets my vote. IMHO, it's not only a cool design, but an interesting piece of social commentary as well, with regards to those of us in the queer community who are forced to try [albeit sometimes unsuccessfully] to "blend in" and remain in the closet, for whatever reason.

Its been my first design for the derby, and I've been in the fog all the time, so I'm all the happy that I can be being rejected.

I just wish to go a day back and do a bit bigger halftones There wouldn't be any difference and i'd be still in

Please do. Go back, do bigger halftones, then resubmit. I assure you, if you go do that soon & resubmit, you won't be out of it yet.

I agree. Fix it up and submit by the end of the weekend. You'll be in perfectly fine shape.

Oh, and fix the branch while you're at it, please. That way he doesn't look like he's been stabbed through the head. :-)

Glad you decided to resubmit. There is a good chance you can get back to the fog.
