We've shown you several examples in the pre-derby thread, but you chose not to listen.
Every single Dr. Seuss submitted shirt has been rejected with something along the lines of "not in public domain".

But the three examples I found that you pointed out, have what seem to be imitations of characters. This one seems less clear cut. Though it is in the style of Dr. Seuss, it has no characters in it. This seems significant to me.

Sure. He's gonna try and see what happens. If it's not rejected, then good for him. But if it is rejected, then there really isn't any reason to cry foul though.
Instead of constantly trying to skirt rules, it might be better to simply come up with something more original and with your own style instead of borrowing a style.

for starters, that was a daily. They are different.
For second, that one should probably never have printed.

I agree with your first point... the entire reason I went ahead with the design was because
1.) there are no characters involved with the design.
2.) I hand drew the scene
3.) I want to see where woot stands...
as for your second point sTyLeS... please stop riding my back, you've been on me for 2 weeks now and dang I'm getting tired... Shirts like this exist, and they sell, and they get votes, whether you like it or not... That's the sad truth.
I agree that in the past (including last week) I've been a whiny baby when it comes to rejection and pointed fingers at everyone but myself, and now that I've come to terms with that please let me be.
In the meantime I will probably continue to skirt the line due to the type of content I like to draw and the Ideas that my head comes up with. And in return I'm sure I will continue to get rejected from time to time... I'm just trying to determine where exactly that line lies... One thing I have to say is that MOST of the time I try to at least stay original with my parody shirts, so please stop riding me and let me enjoy designing,

I wasn't familiar with that shirt, but if I had been around way back then when that derby happened I probably would have made the same comments in Boots' thread as well. And I'm sure it still would have printed.
You know my comments mean nothing to woot as a whole...they're just my opinions.
That's pretty much the point of opening up the derbies in a forum type setting. Everyone can say what they want (within reason).
I'd think if people weren't able to handle any comments at all that they would just submit for the Daily instead of the Derby.

T-shirt art is not about having your own style, it's about making a point. My assumption is that you were trying to say something about Dr. Suess's work which is a common experience for most American children.
The style is completely legitimate for t-shirt art. The reason stuff gets rejected is because Woot has to worry about getting legal challenges which selling a few t-shirts won't pay to defend themselves on, so they just reject anything that they think might give them that problem, no matter how legal it might actually be.

This appears to be within the legal side of things IMHO. Nice demonstration of the Seuss style 
You realize if you come up with original ideas you wont have to worry about being constantly rejected right?

NOOOOOOOO!!! - I so wanted this t-shirt. I do not get the rejection process at woot.... some characters/movies/shows are ok to parody, and some aren't. It seems very random (or maybe related to the lunar cycle - I haven't checked that out yet). But bummed about this one
