I just LOVE your work. If I had to pick one artist that REALLY has the right mix of simplicity, concept and execution; you would by far take the lead!
I struggle with trying to find that elusive line between too much and not enough.
Mark Twain said, The difference between the almost right word & the right word is really a large matter--it's the difference between the lightning bug and the lightning.
Your work proves that this applies to art as well!

wow thanks for al the great comments! i have to give thanks too my friend aldrin for giving me the best t word for this derby =) i love tiki designs and i was excited to do one. took me all night which is why i apparently spelled tiki wrong in the comp haha, but i got her done. thanks again for all the support!
sittle - this is on brown, although olive green was a close second.
benjaminleebates - thanks! my mentor taught me to embrace simplicity, even still i always add extra in my sketches its usually when im cleaning those up that i simplify. i love trying to get the most out of a design using the minimum amount of lines.
