I like this, Midge. However, I think it could benefit from having a second color, maybe a "sloppy" white color behind it or something to make it pop a little. Sort of like what they do with stencil graff

I also think that a second color to highlight would be good - as it is, the pattern blends in with the shirt. But if that's what you're going for, I hope it prints like you intended it to look, because the fade look is difficult to get right.
