Almost everything I do that has red tends to be Asian inspired. This is no exception.

Lovely linework and composition. It'd look even better on fabric, so: GMV.

You had me at Koi. But is it Rising sun, or Red sun? Intrinsically, they are interchangeable. But, for voters...?
Overall sweet. LOVE me a koi shirt.

Firstly, I can attest that this is in fact Rachel's illustration. But more importantly, if you're going to make an accusation of that nature which is so offensive to the artist and possibly detrimental to them, how about backing it up with evidence first. This is so incredibly rude.

Searching for a wall decal found this place, http://littlelionstudio.com, they sell their prints and decals in different places so I searched and found this image in a place called dreamstime, http://thumbs.dreamstime.com/thumblarge_537/12840697050x1QG2.jpg, I still think it looks the same but maybe I'm wrong again, my apologies if I am.

Uh... wow. These are some of my designs I have in my store. Not cool. I do lots of design work and the fish and some of the designs they have are directly taken from my stuff.

Not happy.

So you say they had stolen your work?, sorry but checking the amount of awards in their webpage and the quality and amount of images they sell in different places its hard for me to believe they copy your work and not the other way. Have you checked their prints and decals in places like dreamstime, etsy or veer?, you can click on links at right in their webpage and see all their products, they have like one thousand images in each place and all are in the same style, so they copy everything to you?. Is there some way to see your work online?, the store you talk about maybe?.

The styles are similar in some instances. That could be due to having shared inspiration, as many artists look to older art for ideas and to help develop their own style. Look at how common Art Nouveau elements are even today for one example.

That said, accusing an artist of ripping off another's work (as noted before) is a big deal. If you feel you have evidence, use the Tattle button above the image and report it to Woot directly.

As far as this image goes, there's definitely something hinky going on, but I don't know whose art came first. I hope it's grrlmarvel as I've always liked Rachel's work, but ultimately that's Woot's decision.

GMV in the meantime!
