The only glow ink derby that I've seen was a halloween one.

HOWEVER, there have been glow-in-the-dark daily shirts, so I would totally suggest you submit this as a daily shirt! (https://shirt.woot.com/artists/default.aspx) It's excellent, the design on that jellyfish is top notch. And with a glow-in the dark, I would definitely buy it.

This is the first "[Rejected]" shirt I would buy. It's too bad that they don't print glow in the dark because this would surely be in the fog by now.
