A ton of credit goes to PixelPants for recruiting the team, organizing all the plans and decisions through Stixyboard, and then apparently staying up all night in Australia to put the art together in time for the derby.

The basic idea was to make a design that summed up positive/creative collaboration, with any proceeds going to a charity. Certainly was a pleasure to be involved. :^)

I'm curious to see how well I know woot artists.

Yes, 6/11. You may be spaced out but you're still sharper than me today. :p I'll edit that post now to make this part of the conversation really confusing.

That was Spititgreen's idea. Creating the revolvingdoor account leaves the door open for more collaborations down the track with no set roster of contributors.

That has not been finalised. At this point we only know it's not Boots. It was definitely one of the main things that drew people to being involved in.

Im quite flattered to be mistaken for one of my own favorite artists...buwahahaha! (keeps the letters a secret)

Thanks so much for your support, everyone. I have never been asked to do a collab of this scale before. I was really nervous to be in the presence of so many great arters. It was super fun and Im glad it turned out so awesome. Pixel really pushed above and beyond, so all the credit goes to him for making this a reality. ^_^

Really? You did this? I don't know why but when you see this kind of things is when you feel everything worths it... I really hope it gets it, or gets an Editor's Choice...or gets whatever, cause I almost made me cry (and I'm a tough guy hahaha) and I want a tee with such an amazing bunch of artists involved in it Best of Luck

Omigosh! This is awesome! All of my favorites together at last!!! How did you guys make this look so uniform? Your styles are usually so different! I can't even decide which one I think is Walmazan. I think Ramy is the bunnies but then I think you might have given the bunnies to someone else to throw us off... but they do look like his. hmmmmm...

Love the tee from concept to execution. Plus the charitable element gives it an additional feel good.

I commend the coordinator and the coordination; it's flawless--each artist is recognizable, yet the gestalt has a sense of continuity that implies an adept hand at setting parameters that allowed the disparate pieces to unite seamlessly. Oh, and the choice of that ink color on that tee is a resounding success.

Congrats to all of you for being part of something that is beautiful inside and out. Woot needs to jump on this one, not only as a tee, but also as a poster.

They could send a bunch of them round robin to you guys so that you could all have a multiple autographed copy since you're not being compensated... Oooh, and everyone who buys the poster by a certain time could be entered to win one special framed autographed version.

I Want One!

Since I'm new to Shirt.woot, my collection is small, but I can lop all of you off my bucket list with one buy! (Believe me, I've fallen in love with you all --it won't be that easy for me to get my tee fix.)

In keeping with your Word of this day, I don't know if it is okay to ask this here, but I have an idea for a T-hreadless contest for CARE. Does anyone have an interest in collaborating with a N-OOB?It doesn't have to be one of the luminaries who participated in this project. Anyone? Bueller?

Thank you everyone for your votes and comments. Big props to Pixelpants for putting this amazing design together, and thanks to each artist who participated. It was awesome and I hope to get to do something like this again. :D :D :D It felt good to be in the company of so many masters!

Got to add my thanks from a Singapore transit lounge on a flight to India. While my first collaboration here was a big one it was a positive experience in every way. All the artists were mighty fine to work with. Each letter holds up well on it's own and really made something special together.

I haven't been able to check the derby submissions nearly as often lately, so I didn't get to vote for this. But I wanted to say that it's awesome and I wish I could've voted for it. I write plays, so it has the added bonus of being a fun wear-to-the-theater shirt. Collaborative art is awesome. yay!

It's odd how you often just don't see a design amongst all the little squares. Sorry I missed this. I would have voted for it. In addition, I would love a tee with just the "T", ants and t-bone.

A good shirt for anyone who has collaborated on anything! Haven't we all? Thanks! I love it and will buy it!
