The woods are lovely, dark and deep.
But I have promises to keep,
And miles to go before I sleep,
And miles to go before I sleep.

-Robert Frost

Check out Legend of the Elipsicon! I made it.

I like the way you drew the walker. It looks pretty cool!

No pop culture?

My speech is not parsing. I am speaking in ellipsis.

Love the combination of machine and nature! Very cool design.

If it was from some other work, maybe. But this walker appears to be original.

What a...weird interpretation....I love love love the background - but the walker doesn't make any sense to me. Am I missing something?

To me it says that the man inside the machine is patrolling and would love to get out and be closer to nature, but has a duty to complete first. I love how the machine is similar in colors but stands out so brazenly. There is no harmony between machine and nature - only the man's desire to leave one for the other.

But the poem specifically mentions at least a horse...

"Whose woods these are I think I know.
His house is in the village though;
He will not see me stopping here
To watch his woods fill up with snow.

My little horse must think it queer
To stop without a farmhouse near
Between the woods and frozen lake
The darkest evening of the year.

He gives his harness bells a shake
To ask if there is some mistake.
The only other sound’s the sweep
Of easy wind and downy flake.

The woods are lovely, dark and deep.
But I have promises to keep,
And miles to go before I sleep,
And miles to go before I sleep."

Maybe I'm being too practical...?

Love the interpretation, and the simple but effective shading you used on the robot makes me envious.

Robocop+poetry=epic shirt.

"Don't believe in the you who believes in me. Don't believe in the me who believes in you. Believe in the you who believes in yourself."
