N# is a lesser used abrivation for Number (Number 1 HERO).
But based on the Unninja pupil issues in the Quality Control Thread, it doesn't matter what it says, you'll never be able to see it on the shirt.

Derby is not about gold. Is about use gold metallic ink. If you have a look at the submissions, there are plenty of no gold.

A way to abreviatte Number 1. Usually used when numbering comic books, for example.
