Unless all those double backs have space between the lines, your dragon is going to be bonged. The rules state no intersections and no deadends.

How was the blue version of this rejected but the green version remains? And I don't feel it's off-topic so much as simply breaking the rules of the derby.

Possibly no one reported this one. Quite a few are still in that should be rejected.

Same issue as the other color of this design - It is very clearly not a single line, and therefore off-topic. The artist is just being ridiculous for resubmitting a different color.

The artist didn't resubmit, this and the rejected version were both submitted at the same time. This really makes me wonder if the Rejectionator actually views the derby similar to how we do, or if the back end is completely different and hides things like this.
