Yeah I wasn't sure if they would make an exception to the 16"x20" rule for this derby. Oh well.

If it doesn't say so in the rules, seems unlikely. It's kind of like metallic ink, or front and back designs. With the print area, I suspect it's a bigger deal since that would require retooling their print process and I'm not sure if that's even an option.
