Nice design but I don't get the mad scientist/misunderstood genius aspect. Rockets headed into space, that's already been done.

The rockets into space is just the illustration. The mad science is the propagandized "gravity is evil" message--and the cry to escape it, which you can't really do (SOMETHING is always going to be pulling on you).
