Inspired by Romeo and Juliet.

I would like this better without the word "poison" because the bottle is obvious enough.
Of course, that would mess up the visual balance you have, prompting a bit of a redesign.

I have a shirt catalog, y'all!

I had actually thought about taking out "poison" but you're right, the layout and balance is all messed up without it. I'll play around with it and see if I can come up with an alternate idea. Thanks for the feedback, J5!

I agree with j5... Also, my reading comprehension of addenda to Derby rules is apparently quite limited.

Travis said in the pre-derby thread that as long as the title is in the comments or if the reference is painfully obvious it doesn't have to be in the title. I did use a Romeo and Juliet quote for the title!

You're completely right and I apologize; I'm sure I read that post, but I didn't internalize it. I was actually grateful for the original rule because I tend to miss references and I was looking forward to having them spelled out for me, so I remembered having that thought but forgot about the clarification!

Thanks for correcting me (and doing so quickly). I think I've edited my previous comments so that the only person confused will be me!

(Again, apologies!)

I've never liked the type based designs but I have to admit that you have a cool-personal style, and a clever sense of humor!
Great one!

And you do it highly great.
Proof of it are your designs on the top 20.
